I did not buy the car from you but will be getting a ford from the company lease scheme. I was extremely impressed with the staff, they werent pushy. Jordan was extremely helpful and certainly 'sold' the ford kuga albeit not directly from yourselves.

I found the process went very well even though I live 270 miles away and did everything online, I did not test drive the car, but was given access to a video of the car. I had the car delivered to my house. The staff and management were all very helpful and made the purchase go smoothly. I was nervous about buying a car online but Lookers (Leeds) team showed a professional approach that I can say made me comfortable about the whole experience. Thanks to that team.

I rang the dealership to enquire if the car had tracker fitted for insurance quotes they said they would ring back but they didn’t bother

I always use Ford, that says it all really.

Friendly experienced staff, but to much online paperwork which could have been done on site. Disappointed that a bankers cheque or cash could not be used in full payment. Again only electronic option available. However, salesman and manager were polite, friendly and helpful throughout.
