Raj was most helpful and polite, he is an asset to Lookers. He went out of his way to try and get me a deal but in the end I decided not to go ahead as the black headliner in a Puma made me feel claustrophobic and you see the line between it and the winscreen when driving, most distracting. My experience was first class.

Service department delt quickly dealing with the Ford upgrade for my Kuga. Then saw Leo in sale's who as always went through the new Kuga with me. As a result I have ordered a new Kuga for September 24.
