on arrival the manager of the used car department introduced himself and welcomed us,he handed us over to Vas who was very pleasant,helpful and friendly,he immediately understood our needs and what we were looking for,unfortunately there was nothing within the stock that interested us enough to persue our enquiry,having said this the service was excellent,the sales rep Vas should be acknowledged by management.

Salesman and his sales manager(Shack ! and Patrick !),very understanding and knowledgeable.We traveled from West Cumbria to leeds and we were well received with friendly staff and a good cup of coffee.The car (kuga phev) was alas not for us,too many bells and whistles with not the usual comfort we are used too.We would have no hesitation to recommend Lookers to family and friends.Thank you for the pleasant experience.Terry and Lynda.

The service from Raheem and his colleague was excellent, friendly and relaxed. Unfortunately I got the impression that due to the shortage of new cars, they were trying to sell me what they had in stock, rather than listen to what I really wanted. Understandable though in current situation. Test drive was uninspiring, due to it being in a low spec, diesel model. I actually wanted a petrol/hybrid.

It was a short notice booking due to an urgent issue with the car. As I’m a Motability customer, I’m reliant on my car & the dealership went above & beyond making sure I got home ok & returning the car to me.
