It was a short notice booking due to an urgent issue with the car. As I’m a Motability customer, I’m reliant on my car & the dealership went above & beyond making sure I got home ok & returning the car to me.

If your systems are in place at Lookers as stated, it will be good to receive an email/text reminder message when any amber rated work resulting from MOT is due.

I didn’t. get a video , as my van passed it’s MOT so it wasn’t needed , they let me leave the van there the week as I was away ion holiday, they kept me informed all the time

From booking in (for MOT) to completion, service was excellent and professional. Absolute customer satisfaction.

He took time out, sat with me and helped me fill in the forms and stuff on my phone, he went the extra mile with me personally. I would definitely deal with you guys again. I thought the young person ( Roxy) who initially dealt with the repairs was friendly and knowledgeable in listening and relaying the correct information to the mechanic, overall pleased with my experience apart from having to pay dealership prices but hopefully have solved a problem I have had for quite awhile
