I left my Ford Focus with your York road branch for it's annual service and diagnosis of a fault with the stop/start system. I returned the next day ( courtesy car having been provided for 24 hours as requested ) to find the service completed, the fault cured and the car washed and leathered. A great team effort and with special thanks to Roxy on the service desk for keeping me informed of the progress throughout. I felt like a valued customer. Job well done.

I liked the ford puma I test drove but the car wasn't the spec i wanted The car i wanted had a faulty gearbox so I couldn't drive it your guys said they would fit a new gearbox in it but I decided I don't want it the guys vas and taz were very good

Generally well looked after, but would love the collection and delivery service to resume when possible and safe.
