Roxy and Angela were superb and I cannot fault the service I received whilst at the service centre. They were friendly, efficient and helpful. My only dissatisfaction is with the booking centre. When I made the booking we agreed a diagnostic software check. However, the person who does this was not available. This now means another visit and a 50 mile round trip which had the booking call centre done their job properly would have been unnecessary. This is no fault of the actual service centre so please log this against the call centre. Thank you.

Very pleased with the service especially having my new car personally delivered. All the staff I have had contact with have been pleasant and courteous.

The person assigned to me communicated well with what was going on and was very friendly and approachable.

Only issue I had, as I was about to drive off, was another Ford Salesman driving v fast, showing off, and trying to reverse v close to my newly purchased car. Had to use my horn twice, and get out of my car to xheck there was no damage.
