The service took a bit longer than I was led to expect, this is important as I was waiting in the dealership as I live 18 miles away. Why not offer a collection service?

I was so excited to be buying my first brand new car, and I genuinely feel like he was excited for me too! I honestly despise buying a car usually with all the back and forth and feeling like your getting a raw deal. But matt honestly went above and beyond and actually sorted a fair deal that worked for both sides and has gone above and beyond

Extremely polite staff

Would have liked a hire car as my car was under Warranty. Has nearly 3 days without a vehicle, before being offered one, it was not an ideal situation.
