Excellent professional service from the Ford salesman Matthew H at Leeds used car center Informative but not pushy - just right. Excellent car btw phone charging, infotainment, handling, ride, seats, performance all better than previous car - impressed by the improvements over earlier model

Very good experience all round, but did understand amber comment on Rear Brake 'Pads' (drums) "unable to Inspect advise clean". The nearside wheel had a non-standard security lock-nut, but the necessary adapter was provided, Please let me know if this was the reason for the comment?
