Chris was lovely, he was really helpful with my initial inquiry and I really didn't know what I wanted I looked at the car on bit of a whim.. he's was super helpful when i went to test drive the car and the contact from him and his manager was top notch. The salesman Matthew Hawley was very professional and friendly, he took his time throughout the sale to ensure that he explained and that I understood everything., he also completed all the necessary documents for me with the DVLA. However despite being very satisfied with the level of service but not happy with the valet prior to collection, the outside was good however the interior especially the windows was to a very poor standard.

Patryk was fab to deal with and really went above and beyond. He kept in touch every step of the way.

Patryk's help and handling of the transaction was excellent. My only criticism would be the difficulty in being put through on the telephone to used car sales. Also it was difficult to find anyone at all in the car compound on arrival. Both of these could well be a consequence of the ongoing Covid situation.
