Brilliant all round service

Very good communication and overall experience of dealing with the fault on my Focus and resolving it completely. Megan from the service desk/team was very professional and made the booking process and collection of my car very easy.

When the time comes to change vehicles again I will most certainly be back to Lookers Ford, Leeds. I was treated most courteously by the staff who were very helpful with what was initially a difficult time for me. It turned out to be a most pleasurable experience. Thank you.

We appreciated the time spent by Matthew explaining the technicalities of the different types of Fiesta. He was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately there wasn't a car with the spec we wanted available in the price range we were hoping for and ultimately we were successful in finding a car at another Ford dealership.

On returning home after collecting my car I found the lower fuse box cover hanging down. There is a clip missing which has possibly been hoovered up when it was cleaned.

Nigel was very helpful and deal with helping us with our car.
