Very sorry that collect and deliver is no longer available: York Road garage is not easy to get to across the city. Luckily it was fine and I enjoyed the 20 minute walk from my local but route!

would have liked a car with reversing camera went back to dealer but Ford do not fit cameras very strange and not convenient. Very poor after sales as I have had reversing cameras on my last 2 vehicles. Very sad spoilt the purchase.

Really understand the necessity for the electronic processes but really prefer not to do business this way. Hopefully after COVID we may return to a little more of the personal dialogue and going through the relevant documentation in person. The sales person we dealt with was very helpful, friendly and efficient
