Besides me dropping the car off at 08.00 and it being a mot ability. I live in Barnsley. But prefer Leeds Ford for service. If they had looked at the notes it would have been noticed that I would perhaps need longer than half a hour to get to Leeds to pick car up. Lookers closed at 11.30 and I got phone call to pick up at 11.00. It is a good job that I was in Leeds. I would have never got from Barnsley to Leeds in 1/2 hour. Can in future please take note that I live in barnsley and if you can do job earlier to give me longer to pick car up. I usually get a video checklist of service taken by the engineer but one was not don't. Somebody had also disconnected my camera in the front windscreen and left wires all untucked from the plastic surround. A job I had to have fitted by somebody. I also cannot believe that there was not windscreen wipers for a focus in a Ford lookers garage. My camera gads never been disconnected in the years its been coming for service. Why now. Water was not topped up, there are basic top ups that never seem to get top ups. I was a mechanic and would have thought it would have been 10000 12000 service. I have no list of things done like fluid temps on brakes. Also I normally get a check on disc and brakes measurements. The list I have had before for check off green Amber red check off sheet seems not to be with car. I always leave service book out and wheel nut out. It usually gets a was too. But. I feel shabby workmanship has happened because it has taken longer to remover camera than the job had. The camera was not fitted back and connected up. I was getting a lot better looked after over a year ago when I used to get video sent to me and my Ford app. I expect top class. That why I spend a hour coming to Leeds and wait for things to be done. I have a Ford dealer 5 minutes away who can collect and drop off but I use you lookers. To buy the cars and service.
