Nigel our rep was fantastic, he knew we needed a car ASAP , They had one in and we received our lovely car quickly , we were so pleased . He knew his stuff and he was so good and polite . It all went smoothly. Mobility is a fantastic service .

I received excellent customer service throughout my time at Lookers, Leeds. I went to view a particular car, but was shown a choice of 5 cars in total and after telling Richard Waller whatI was looking for, he directed my attention to a different one to what I intended to buy. This car was cheaper due to an earlier reg number, but had high spec and was perfect for me. The car was well presented and good to test drive. The whole process was easy and stress free, Richard was professional, knowledgable and friendly. I would recommend Lookers Leeds to my friends and family.

My car, New in January was in because of a recall. I had previously used Lookers in Guiseley and Harrogate but both these Branches have both recently closed so I forced them use the Leeds branch. I needed a courtesy car for two days as my needed time be in the garage for 48hrs. I was told I would be charged £20 for this. I said that given the circumstances I felt this was unreasonable. The person who served me when I went to return the courtesy car was quite off hand in his manner. Thankfully a women in the reception area agreed with me and said there would be no charge. I felt good measures Had been taken to ensure the area was as risk free as possible.
