While fully applauding your COVID-19 safeguards it is somewhat disconcerting standing to talk to someone who is sitting down. Accepting they have a need to use the computer at times there are parts of the discussions where they could stand. A minor point but perhaps something to consider. Your representative Roxy was courteous, thorough and very polite thus a credit to you

A lot of messing about on collection day due to inline forms and delays with settling finance due to delays due to Covid19 which is understandable but caused me as a customer to run around a lot making phone calls! Could’ve been smoother
