Good communication with Eros who kept me informed on the vehicle & sent me a video at the earliest opportunity, even tho it wasn’t the right vehicle for me I’d definitely contact the dealership again if I see a vehicle I’m interested in.

Reassuring to have a Ford dealer look at the car and I like the thoroughness of the health check. All staff I met were very pleasant and the waiting area was comfy and well catered. However, for such a high price, I expected more of the complimentary extras - the wash and vac was not done very well and the boot was missed completely, therefore 4 stars instead of a possible 5. These things are a factor in choosing who does my service and MOT - next year I might go somewhere cheaper.

The Sales representative Raheem made every effort to present the car to me in an ‘as new’ condition bearing in mind it was a demonstration car for the first 3 months of its life. There is a problem in the procedure when booking an appointment to view a car in that l received a very professional letter from your Newcastle office confirming my appointment. Unfortunately, the Sales Manager (custodian) who was using the car took the afternoon off so the car was not available for me to see or drive. Raheem had checked the car was available in the morning but when l arrived for my appointment, the car had gone when he went to get it from the new car showroom.l do not blame Raheem at all, the fault lies in the procedure in that the custodian should have been copied on my letter from Newcastle. Raheem and his manager showed me other cars that were very close to the one l had come to see but none of them were quite the same. However they were so considerate and genuinely concerned that l had travelled from York to see the car. I bought the car without seeing it! I trusted them that much, l knew the car would be presented in an ‘as new’ condition. It was.
