See previousI booked a waiting appointment for 4pm with conformation. But emailConformation came back with a 10 am appointment same day.so had to drop car off day before. Not as convenient as I had hoped for. But service was good and car was ready early .

Associate greeted me immediately. Very helpful and friendly. I asked if he had access to the Ford direct list of available cars and he said that his manager did. I left it at that.
