Raj was lovely from start to finish. Superb customer service. He explained everything thoroughly and was so very helpful, nothing was rushed, as is usual in this day and age. Can I also mention the lovely showroom receptionist. Nothing was too much trouble and she took the opportunity to bring me a drink of water when I had a coughing fit. Lovely gesture. Also, Elena the sales manager took the time to come over and introduce herself. We hadn't met previously but had spoken on the phone. Lovely, friendly people who made me feel so very welcome. Big thank you. All three of you are an asset to the company.

Eros was fantastic with communication and would have given 5 star if it wasn`t for the car needing a few paint touch ups and interior needed a little bit more cleaning. But I am being a bit fussy here

Very good overall easy to deal with. Could be a bit better regarding discount lol. Collecting car soon.

The 5 star is a tentative one, as despite the 10yr service plan with MOT achieving full passes on both, this was not the case on predicted future costs, meaning I am now working on an exchange car deal with your good selves.
