From the appointment booking stage to the pick up on Saturday I cannot fault anything. I was kept informed of any progress by phone. Every single issue, of which there was a long list, was repaired. I was expecting a large bill, but it came in at nearly half that.

It was a very good handover and the only fault is not with Lookers or Bethany, but with Ford for not providing a proper handbook. What use is an online version if you’re out on the road and want to know how something works? It is blindly stupid not to provide one.
