I had an issue with the battery in my car and was delighted with the support from your service team. I recommended my parents to this garage too and then ended up buying 2 cars from Joe - one on behalf of my parents and trading in my own car too. Handover fairly smooth,however vehicle interior had mud on side of a seat a small chip had been missed on bodywork and there was very little petrol in the vehicle.
