Even though I didn't go ahead and buy the vehicle, they supplied an excellent video of the car, which was really useful. The car was in first class condition but it just wasn't for me.

I booked the car in to have an oil change (dashboard message prompted). But it turned out that a service was due - I was unaware (car had only done 9k miles) Done well within the estimated timeframe and helped me with some Ford IT systems, and cheerfully!

Easy to complete. Easy to make an appointment at convenient day/time. Given fixed price for 2yr service. Health check on vehicle explained fully Vehicle ready for collection when stated, including complimentary wash/valet.All staff professional, friendly and helpful.
