Communication was very good throughout, from booking and talking through the issues to picking up the car after servicing, repairs and MOT. Responses and suggestions appeared to be reasonable and flexible rather than rigid or 'greedy'. Care was taken to ensure that pricing remained transparent. As a female customer I appreciated the absence of condescension. From what I can tell, the actual work was carried out expertly. The UK/Europe Roadside Assistance was also welcome as part of the package.

The sales ref had given me all information that i need even helo me with some specifications and told me to contact him if any questions .

I have the best experience with Joe. It was a pleasure fto deal with him. He made me feel like a friend and not a customer.. he was kind considerate and very funny. Nothing was too much trouble.
