I rated my experience with 5 stars because Leo provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect car. His professionalism and friendliness made the buying experience enjoyable and stress-free. Fixed the scratch properly, a 25,000 car shouldn't have a scratch Unbelievable service from Ford fixed the small scratch, and to my surprise a full tank of petrol when I picked it up, also Gardx was added no extra cost.

Placed holding fee deposit on car 10 minutes prior to closing time. To my surprise Eros came back to me within minutes advising car was being held. I then booked a visit to see car and obtain test drive. Car was clean and tidy for test drive, different controls were shown to me, I agreed to purchase car and obtained decent part exchange for my trade in. On day of pick up Eros was ready on time, car was spotless inside and out, easy paperwork no hard sell and car tax sorted. Very easy to deal with.

A minor problem soon sorted. There were problems with the car. Ford customer services rang me and fully explained what the problem was [twice] and what the solution was and the cost.

The online check in works fine and saves time. MOT and Service completed efficiently and ahead of schedule. I was given a full breakdown of estimated costs before MOT and then all costs confirmed post-MOT and other inspections. I have used York Road Garage, Leeds, for many years and the level of service is always excellent. Josh is especially helpful.
