I booked the car in to have an oil change (dashboard message prompted). But it turned out that a service was due - I was unaware (car had only done 9k miles)Done well within the estimated timeframe and helped me with some Ford IT systems, and cheerfully!

Easy to complete.Easy to make an appointment at convenient day/time. Given fixed price for 2yr service. Health check on vehicle explained fully Vehicle ready for collection when stated, including complimentary wash/valet.All staff professional, friendly and helpful.

Only let down was the member of staff required was busy and we had to wait to book in an appointment which was not a real problem but could this be addressed? Maybe someone could help book appointments into his busy schedule? Just a thought. Everything else from the first appointment to receiving the vehicle was dealt with professionally and we talked about everything which was relevant to our needs and provided the product accordingly. Finishing off advising can contact them at any time after the receipt of the vehicle if any problems or questions arise which was very thoughtful.
