From start to finish, Eros was friendly, polite and very efficient. I would have given 5 stars but for the fact that despite the fact that Eros patiently explained the controls on the Fiesta dashboard, I still felt overwhelmed. I suppose the real fault here is with Ford, who do not supply a comprehensive handbook.
