I was dealt with quickly on arrival and politely and all was ready for me getting there for my car's two year service. I was greeted quickly on arrival, and directed where to go. After handing over my keys and signing forms, I was shown where to wait and offered tea and coffee. I was kept well-informed of progress and the wait for my car did not seem long.
