Easy to use Josh was excellent and kept me informed throughout the service. He helped reduce the costs of the service from £900+ to £300. Although I appreciated the saving I would ask that quotes are provided following closer inspection as I was told new brake discs were required but once they inspected closer they weren’t.

Customer service given by Ella was excellent. She is friendly, professional and helpful. I was kept updated on the progress of my vehicle’s repair and was pleased with the result. As a result of this experience and in comparison, I will bring my car to Lookers Leeds in future instead of Lookers Sheffield (where purchased from).
