I was leased a vehicle that has had faults since day one. Despite being sent by Lookers to an Audi garage for repairs, the problem has not been fixed. I have repeatedly requested to return the car due to these persistent issues, but my requests have either been declined or ignored.

Great service from start to finish Eros was a great guy made the whole process easy and found me a great deal and a posh car well done and thank you

Your caller stated my car needed a service. Then when I challenged the service intervals, I was rudely told it was not a service they were trying to sell me, it was an inspection to keep the Ford breakdown up to date so the service did not expire. Even though the email clearly states a service not an inspection.

Message wasnlt passed thorugh for a call back to discuss 2 cars.sales man took scribbled notes - nice guy but that as very unprofessional and was the reason the message didnt get pased on when he was out the offcie when I neededth acall back - we have now bought 2 x Nissan JukesI did message to say don;lt bother calling and, to be fair, at that piount m n=got a very swift call back and apology which, whilst to late to save any potential deal, was appreciated.We like the Puma and would hav eneeded 2 - maybe Ringways next time

Initially communication was very good. As it became clear that my budget wasn’t moveable communication dropped and despite saying they would get back to me, they didn’t.

I’ve got a Nissan E power qashqai from lookers Leeds branch in February 2025 on Motobility , which I paid an extra £2,800 for top of range . Since May it has failed to start 3times, 2 batteries fitted, main screen going blank and wings mirrors not working having to wait 5days to get it booked in with no screen , no loan car so obviously reached stage where I’m making a complaint to you

I made an enquiry about the price of a car with the possible consideration to buy. The sales staff did not come back to me with a response to questions I asked him about, in fact I phoned him 24 hours later and he still did not have the answers. When I asked if there was any movement in the price he could not answer and went to try and find a manager. I am very surprised and disappointed about the lack of response.

Three people emailed me. I replied to all three and only one person came back to me. I understand you are sales people but you clearly only Carr about making a sale rather than being polite people

To whom it may concern,I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the Focus I purchased from Lookers Ford Leeds 18 months ago, which I have had from new. The ongoing faults, repeated visits to the garage, and sheer inconvenience have made this experience completely unacceptable.The issues are as follows:- The entire boot mechanism required replacement shortly after delivery. (Rectified but ridiculous for a brand new car)- The battery had to be replaced due to a low-power issue, yet the problem recurred just six weeks later.- The instrument cluster now stays backlit when the car is powered down, and intermittently turns off while driving, creating a safety concern.- The wireless charger is defective, incredibly temperamental.- My phone also no longer connects automatically to the entertainment system.- The auto hold system intermittently malfunctions, with warning messages appearing at random.This is entirely unacceptable for a car of this age, and it is both unsafe and extremely inconvenient. Having to repeatedly drop the car off and rely on courtesy vehicles has been a constant frustration.I want to make it absolutely abundantly clear that, because of these ongoing problems, I will be terminating this vehicle agreement at the earliest possible opportunity. My previous experiences with Ford have been excellent, but the repeated faults and mishandling of this vehicle have completely destroyed my confidence in doing business with Lookers Ford Leeds.I expect the following:1. Acknowledgment of this complaint at the senior management level2. A full explanation as to why these faults have continued to occur3. Immediate steps to rectify the current issues and ensure the vehicle is safe to useThis situation has gone on far too long, and I expect a prompt written response within 7 working days outlining what will be done to address this matter.
