The changeover to my new car went very well, the mobility man that I saw was very nice and helpful, he sorted all the paperwork and answered any questions I asked about the new car then when that was all done he took me to the new car and explained about anything I wasn’t sure about, and also told me I could ring him to answer any questions about anything I had forgotten to ask on the day which I thought was a very nice gesture.

I gave this score because anything less would be a lie. I cannot fault anybody with the handover of the new car .

We turned up on Saturday and thanks to Eros for accommodating us despite the fact that it was his day off. It was reassuring to know that he patiently explained to us everything thoroughly. We stucked for a bit because we couldn't make the sound system of the car worked, another helpful staff (sorry we didn't get his name) came to help though didn't succeed, but hey we appreciated your understanding of our need at that time. We are very happy with the car, and also we're able to work the sound system after we got home.

Everything went according to plan, clear communication done speedily and pleasantly. Could not ask for more.

The Sales Manager, Taz began as the first point of contact and afterwards handed it over to Sales Executive Raheem. Their knowledge, high service standards, and general empathy with "the customer" are possibly unrivaled elsewhere in the modern car Sales industry. My wife and I have been buying/exchanging cars from Benfield, now Lookers, over the last twenty years. If there were a 5 Star Plus rating then we'd have gone for that. Well done to the two young men, Taz and Raheem and we'll done to Lookers Ford 😉😊.
