Battery failure on Friday 19th Jan. initial appt booked for diagnostics on 1st Feb, but notified able to bring forward to Mon 22nd at 8am. Car dropped off on Friday 19th Jan and thorough hand over. Kept up to date with the findings, timescales and post repair. Superb engagement from the gentleman who notes the error and who handed back my keys on Tuesday evening. Thoroughly recommend.
