After making an initial email enquiry I was contacted within half an hour and assisted with my enquiry regarding a new Ford Puma. Joe Spence, the sales exec at Lookers Ford Leeds I dealt with was friendly, helpful and provided me with all the information I required. Unfortunately on this occasion I went with a different vehicle at a different dealer but this was purely down to the larger vehicle size and I was very happy with the service I received from Joe at Lookers.

Check in Service was at times confusing and did not allow amendments to the work list easily.Service was completed on time, reception staff were helpful, polite and professional.

Straightforward process although still needed to advise yet again that name needs to be changed from Wootton to SpinkWould have been 5* but for price.
