Had a positive experience here when looking at the car, did not feel pressure when looking to buy.Pleased with my new car, however disappointed that the tyre was not replaced with a like for like as now 2 different model tyres on the front of the car.

However, on entering the showroom (used for many years) I was ensure where to check in my car as the service desks had been removed.

After making an initial email enquiry I was contacted within half an hour and assisted with my enquiry regarding a new Ford Puma. Joe Spence, the sales exec at Lookers Ford Leeds I dealt with was friendly, helpful and provided me with all the information I required. Unfortunately on this occasion I went with a different vehicle at a different dealer but this was purely down to the larger vehicle size and I was very happy with the service I received from Joe at Lookers.
