Check in Service was at times confusing and did not allow amendments to the work list easily.Service was completed on time, reception staff were helpful, polite and professional.

Straightforward process although still needed to advise yet again that name needs to be changed from Wootton to SpinkWould have been 5* but for price.

Helpful and efficient service

You can book online but not see any prices so need to request this in advance and the list of services you are able to book is limited. Even after online check in you are still required to see a member of the service team to go through any booked service and sign again so what is the point of online check in.There is always room for improvement, not sure I like the open plan service area. Told to go to reception and they would inform the service team. No one on reception and you feel as if intruding a little when you just go up to the table where the service team gather
