Initially unable to check-in, probably due to security software conflict, but used different device later with no such problems ! Despite the fact that I had to wait, for a spare part to be delivered, my vehicle was repaired for it’s M.O.T. the same day !

Simple to check in and the link which updated the cars progress was very good. On line check in was good, fixed the problem under warranty and gave the car a valet before I collected it.
