I requested a video of a Ford Puma which was promptly sent. It was clear, informative & inspired me to visit the showroom. I spoke to shakeem was was approachable, courteous & demonstrated the car fully. Due to his approachability & lack of pushy nature I endeavoured to take the car on a test drive. We discussed finance options to fund the car & the GAP insurance. Upon thinking about the car overnight & the scrutiny of all options I decided that I would buy the car outright. Everything from was easy to follow & straightforward including the collection & handover. My only negativity would be that the car was not as clean inside as I would have expected from a dealership especially as it was only 15 months old and a Ford Direct car.
