Ford Lookers, Joe Spence, whom I dealt with from my initial visit to the completion of the sale of the car, was superb! While waiting for the delivery of the vehicle, I was informed of the progress, and the video updates were unique and personalised. Throughout this period, Joe was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, giving time to respond to all my queries. Joe also took the time to explain the new car's features, which I appreciated.
