On this occasion I called into the service centre because I was in the area, but later checked in online to confirm my attendance. As usual, the members of staff were very helpful during my visit. My MOT service took place on time, I was offered a drink while I waited and I was kept informed of the progress.

I have just purchased an Audi A3 from Lookers Ford Leeds, which handles and drives like a dream.
