The owner's handbook and service history booklet is missing - we will have to go back to store to pick it up (along with some mats) next week

After I explained my unfortunate circumstances Kirsty crowther was extremely helpful in getting my vehicle in the workshop as soon as possible and getting the repair underway. On collection of my car she went through all the work that was carried out and sorted out the warranty. I wish my local Ford dealer was as good.

I had some difficulties in booking in online and made the booking by phone. Reception was very friendly and helpful.I was able to visit Leeds center while the work was being done and it was done within the allocated time. Very efficient collection and the car had been washed and cleaned inside which I appreciated.

Patryk was so helpful and genuine, he was aware I was a nervous driver and a bit out of my comfort zone. He made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle, and also sent message to ask if I’d got home safely, I can say I love my new car and when it’s time, hopefully not for a while I will be returning to see patryk for my next vehicle.
