Arrange with luke, then reameal, then matt. Given incorrect V5 for vehicle, spelt name incorrectly on documents.

Raheem was great, went in depth into everything and allowed us to test drive a car after mine had been stolen the night before. I would have bought the car, but then found out my stolen car had been recovered. He was very understanding and helpful throughout the whole process and I'll definitely be back when I am looking for another car.

Pleasant and understanding staff on reception. After I explained my unfortunate circumstances Kirsty crowther was extremely helpful in getting my vehicle in the workshop as soon as possible and getting the repair underway. On collection of my car she went through all the work that was carried out and sorted out the warranty. I wish my local Ford dealer was as good.
