The online booking system is easy to use. It allows me to choose a time and date that suits me. I did not use the online check in because I like to talk to the staff about what is happening on the day. The staff are polite and helpful. They always take the time to explain what is happening and what is needed to keep my car safe and roadworthy.

Great service from all staff. Got van done earlier than expected Phone system is rubbish !!! Get it looked at. Main receptionist should take more messages instead of bouncing call back to reception when she can see know one is there.

The sales personel was polite efficient and above all answered all our questions well. We were looking for a car for our son and it just so happened that that car was not the right one. Overall we give it 4 stars because it was a good viewing.
