My visit was for an MOT. I waited for the vehicle. From the appointment time of 10:30 I had to wait over two hours until it was ready, which seemed a relatively long time given the age and mileage of the vehicle and that you had carried out a service about a month or so before. The driver's seat had been altered, both distance and rake. No attempt to restore the position.

Because I like to be able to do everything online. Although sometimes it's still better to call and speak to a real person. Just to get many things clarified.Generally, I'm very pleased. I knew I'd get the best service when I was booking my MOT.Still, at the same time I was a bit confused with what followed it. Some of the yellow flags that were raised weren't that urgent. But the advisor was kind of alerted, and was very keen on getting me to book all the repairs, so all I can think about now is that it was all about getting me to pay more...
