I just want to say joe honestly has being the nicest guy I have met at lookers, he has amazing customer service skills, he's not pushy and genuinely cares for the customer. Joe is a credit to lookers York road and I would highly recommend infact I have a friend interested in a car just because she met Joe and he was so helpful. Alexa has been very helpful keeping us up to date with our order and pushing things along when it wasn't moving. My only issue would be the delay in the car arriving at the dealership which is not a dealership fault. It was stuck in Holland for 3 months for no good reason with newer orders being shipped first. Once it arrived at Liverpool the order processed very quickly.
