Stay far from dealership and bought online so a visit to the branch was not possible and the offer of the service plan wouldn't have been practical, overall delighted..

Very plesant experience buying from Lookers Leeds. From Raheem during intial enquiry then follow on dealings with Eros. No heavy buying pressure, made to feel welcome, arranged test drive, all questions answered. Would recommend . :-)

We ordered our car last June and picked it up last week (25.3.23). If we had known that Fords were having such an issue with late deliveries then we would have gone elsewhere. We were expecting our car for Christmas, as promised when we ordered it, but it was Easter when it finally arrived in Leeds.

I found the procedure easy to understand, Leo the salesman explained things really well, and was pleasant and polite, the whole experience from start to finish was so straight forward.

Joe Spence was outstanding at his job and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth handover. He was professional and courteous and a credit to lookers on York Rd Leeds. Ford however need to stop promising delivery dates that are unrealistic!! I ordered my vehicle middle of June 2022 with a promise of the car in November…I literally only picked my car up last night after work thanks to a swift response from shoe snd the team at Lookers.

Joe Spence was great throughout the process from the initial sale in august with regular updates on the delays due to supply chain and delivery issues. On the day of the transfer joe was informative and knowledgeable about our car and the process and very friendly and helpful. I can’t fault the service. I will be honest and say that the wait was very frustrating but handled well and expectations were managed by joe really well. We are very happy with the car now it has finally arrived
