I would really like to say a big thank you to Leo Fernandes, who is such a gentleman, thank you for everything Leo. When you meet / see Leo he just makes you smile, he is very professional, thorough and explained everything clearly. When we arrived he made us feel very welcome and he had everything organised. We had to wait a long time for delivery of the car but Leo kept us informed every step of the way by sending us a personal video, which is really nice and comforting as you actual see the persons face rather than just talking via email / phone etc. If I was to but another car in the future Leo would be my first point of call without any doubt. I only went in to get an interim service on my vehicle, I needed to look at my contract. Had an advocate meeting with Jack & basically ended up purchasing a new one as it made financial sense

I am very pleased with my vehicle, Patryk and shaq were both very accommodating for me and my 3 children, the customer service was brilliant. Had it not been for them I would not have considered renewing any form of contract with ford because of the bad experience I had received from Jack and his manager. My faith is now restored in ford.
