From start to finish communication with Eros was very good with clear information.The only slight down side to the transaction was the valeting. Interior required cleaning when I got home and the alloy wheels were not cleaned. This would not deter me buying again as everything else was very good.

Matthew Hawley was my Sales Executive. he advised that if I had any queries after sale I could contact him or any member of the sales team if he was not available. He was true to his word, as I needed to call him twice with minor queries. He was very helpful each time and solved my query in the most courteous manner. I would feel very comfortable if I needed further advice.

Alexa has been very helpful keeping us up to date with our order and pushing things along when it wasn't moving. My only issue would be the delay in the car arriving at the dealership which is not a dealership fault. It was stuck in Holland for 3 months for no good reason with newer orders being shipped first. Once it arrived at Liverpool the order processed very quickly.
