We were very well looked after from the minute we walked in to dealership, to when we walked out with our new car. From the receptionist to the dealer and everyone else involved, the customer service was outstanding. I would like to make a certain comment about Joe Spencer. He was the friendliest, most helpful person we have met in a very long time. Nothing was too big of a job for him even down to helping me with my phone when I was unable to so something. It would be a pleasure to recommend this ford garage to anyone.

ST line hi bred 2.5 petrol but you do not have a AWD Kuga (other than diesel)for my needs with the right towing requirements my caravan max is 1666 kgs are you including this vehicle in your range with the above spec

You just didn't have the right vehicle that I was looking for, given age, condition or type.

Our salesman, Joe Spence, was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole experience. Best salesman we've had by far. There were some manufacturer defects with the vehicle when we went to collect it, but Joe and his team were able to rectify these whilst we waited.

Everything was great with the sales staff,but after only one day the car engine management light came on,I brought the car back and was told that it was a problem with the cat/ exhaust system.The service department were very helpful.And by Tuesday morning they rang to say the car was ready.and all fixed. My only concern is way was this not picked up when it was serviced. Chris

Eros Picano was really helpful. After a serious accident, waiting for insurance to be sorted, Eros was very patient with us. We now have a lovely used car, which we are delighted with.
