The car I booked for a test drive wasn’t available, I was given the choice of driving a service car which was damaged. Specifically chose that ford because they were the only one listed that had the car, even though it wasn’t my local ford. I don’t get the impression that anyone wanted to sell me a car.

Not very proactive at getting in touch with cars for our spec

Patryk and Toseef were very friendly and understanding of my situation. Although I didn't end up purchasing a car from the garage I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Lack of communication without chasing team

Zohaib was very good even though i was messing him about,very patient on the phone got me a good deal,but still considering the car.Its a pensioners prerogative i suppose making my mind up but i would give him a score of 10/10.The only thing i found strange afer i said i was looking at we buy any car there was no more communication regards TOM/SUE DEIGHTON

Although I didn't buy the car I went to look at the staff were extremely helpful. Thank you to Zohaib and Toseef for all there help.

Staff really friendly and helpful

Great that I could test drive on my own. Polite, friendly & helpful staff. Follow up emails received. Not a great entrance/greet area so sometimes stood hoping someone would come downstairs to assist you.
