Joe was extremely helpful and kept me informed at all times. Due to hold ups beyond Joes control I was offered a different colour car than the one I ordered as one became available earlier than the one I ordered meaning I received my new car within a weeks rather than months. Excellent service

The only reason we weren't offered a service plan is that the car we got is a Motability car so it is already in place. Jack was the first lad we spoke to (who was great) and then Leo took over and was helpful, happy and very knowledgeable. I will return to Lookers at Leeds in the future for servicing and potentially another car once my car is up for renewal.

The salesman and the manager were both very welcoming , helpful & polite and made you feel comfortable and not pressured into buying
