Overall very good advice from Mathew Hawley sales executive who is very knowledgeable about Ford cars. Bit disappointed that the Isofix blanking clips were missing and the top tray from the front central cubby box missing.

We bought our previous car from Lookers Ford five years ago. We were very pleased with the service and the car so revisited you a couple of weeks ago when we wanted to buy a new car. We were exceptionally fortunate that the sales executive from five years ago and this latest purchase were both handled by Leo Fernandes. Not only is he very professional but he is also a charming person who makes you feel your business is truly valuable. Polite, friendly and businesslike. We are hoping he is still a central part of the team next time we want to change our car. I cannot speak highly enough of him.

Raj was most helpful and polite, he is an asset to Lookers. He went out of his way to try and get me a deal but in the end I decided not to go ahead as the black headliner in a Puma made me feel claustrophobic and you see the line between it and the winscreen when driving, most distracting. My experience was first class.
