Excellent service, very friendly staff, great car. Recommend I understood there was wireless charging on the vehicle but there isn’t. I have an issue re Intelligent Oil Life Monitor. Seems to contradict Fords service information. Will have an oil change and new filter fitted annually.

Raj was lovely from start to finish. Superb customer service. He explained everything thoroughly and was so very helpful, nothing was rushed, as is usual in this day and age. Can I also mention the lovely showroom receptionist. Nothing was too much trouble and she took the opportunity to bring me a drink of water when I had a coughing fit. Lovely gesture. Also, Elena the sales manager took the time to come over and introduce herself. We hadn't met previously but had spoken on the phone. Lovely, friendly people who made me feel so very welcome. Big thank you. All three of you are an asset to the company.
