The parts for my car took 2 months to arrive and I was left without a curtesy card for the first month. Despite this the staff were helpful once the curtesy car was available and then kept me updated on my repair’s progress once the parts had arrived.

From the appointment booking stage to the pick up on Saturday I cannot fault anything. I was kept informed of any progress by phone. Every single issue, of which there was a long list, was repaired. I was expecting a large bill, but it came in at nearly half that.
