I had some difficulties in booking in online and made the booking by phone.Reception was very friendly and helpful.I was able to visit Leeds center while the work was being done and it was done within the allocated time. Very efficient collection and the car had been washed and cleaned inside which I appreciated.

Patryk was so helpful and genuine, he was aware I was a nervous driver and a bit out of my comfort zone. He made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle, and also sent message to ask if I’d got home safely, I can say I love my new car and when it’s time, hopefully not for a while I will be returning to see patryk for my next vehicle. I will also refer family and friends to go and meet him if they are in need of a vehicle.Thanks so much

Brake fluid change not in electronic service history. Not convinced you take electronic service history the same as you did with service log books. Work done was good..
