The actual handover on the day was faultless - Leo was great, really took the time to go through all the features of the car and explain all the paperwork etc in a friendly and relaxed manner. Unfortunately there were many errors in communication leading up to the actual handover which made the process more difficult and stressful than it needed to be. And I feel that I was constantly having to chase the dealership and correct their errors and misinformation.

Cost is a deterrent. Someone left a Red Bull can (10% full) in the cup holder. Nobody should be consuming drinks in my vehicle, and the can should have been disposed of properly anyway. I could have mentioned it on the day but did not want the fuss.
